At AI Clean Voice, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for subscriptions and one-time purchases made on voicecleaner.net.

Subscription Plans

Free Trial

If AI Clean Voice offers a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the service.
Renewals are generally non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, please do so before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Annual Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial annual subscription payment.
After the 14-day window, refunds are not available for the remaining subscription period.

One-Time Purchases (Credits / Top-ups)

Unused credits or top-up purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 10% of the purchased credits have been consumed.
Once credits have been substantially used, refunds will not be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

Refund requests made after the applicable refund window has expired
Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
Requests citing dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described on our pricing or product pages before purchase
Charges resulting from failure to cancel before a renewal date
